We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio for both recruitment services and cleaning services in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients across multiple industries.
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and approach potential clients for manpower recruitment and cleaning service contracts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, procurement teams, facility managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries and coordinate with operations teams for service delivery.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Qatar.
- Identify new sectors and business opportunities for company growth.
- Provide management with regular market intelligence and sales reports.
Coordination & Operations Support:
- Work closely with recruitment teams to fulfill staffing requirements.
- Coordinate with cleaning operations teams for quotations, mobilization, and service execution.
- Ensure contracts are renewed on time and up-selling opportunities are explored.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of business development or sales experience in recruitment, cleaning, FM, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar market and local business environment. ·
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
